Sébastien muñoz was born in Nantes, France in 1975.

He has been working with children aged 3 to 17 years old as youth leader in his home town of Nantes for 7 years.
He also discovered documentaries and video art and took part in various projects as a volunteer for a local French director as well as later in Oxford. He spent 1 year abroad in Canada (Montreal) before moving to Oxford in order to improve his English.

Despite his plans of returning to France he fell in love with Oxford, where he has been living for the past 8 years.

His passions turned out to be related to people, communities, traditions, travel and Visual Art.

Photography was the ideal way to blend it together, as you will discover on the web site... He is self-taught and wanted to be able to work independently.

So far, he has travelled to South East-Asia (Laos) and North-Africa (Morocco). Each time he has gone with intention of sharing the authentic flavours of traditional communities living in remote places of the world.

Through the exhibitions you can taste what it might be like to live in such exotic places and drastic conditions.
